Portfolio
Through my coursework and professional experiences, I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that have challenged me and helped me grow. These are a few that stood out to me the most and have been some of my personal favorites.
Outdated Course Catalog Cleanup and Optimization
HR Communication/Marketing Intern
The company’s professional development course catalog within Workday was cluttered with outdated or irrelevant content, unclear descriptions, and low engagement. Associates struggled to find valuable and relevant courses, resulting in underutilization of the platform.
I conducted a comprehensive audit of all available courses, compiling detailed information into a master Excel spreadsheet including titles, descriptions, upload dates, and engagement metrics. I categorized each course for deletion, archiving, or updating. For those retained, I rewrote the descriptions to follow a clear, benefit-driven format aligned with our new catalog layout. I collaborated with cross-functional teams for approvals and revisions over a four-month period to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational standards.

The updated and reorganized catalog led to a 63% increase in course views and a 52% increase in course completions, exceeding our engagement goals and significantly improving the visibility and usability of professional development resources for associates.
Concert Advertisement & Travel Brochure Design
Digital Media Course
As part of a digital media course, I was challenged to create a concert tour advertisement and a travel brochure using Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop—tools I had never used before. Each design had to be completed within a tight two-week deadline.
To meet the challenge, I independently taught myself the software through online tutorials and design-focused content on YouTube and TikTok. For the concert advertisement, I chose Pitbull as the featured artist to tap into his energetic persona and strong visual branding. For the brochure, I selected a luxury Swiss resort, which allowed me to create an elegant, image-driven layout. I applied what I learned to produce bold, engaging designs while developing new technical and creative skills.

Both projects received top grades and became standout pieces in my portfolio. They significantly boosted my confidence and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. I later referenced these designs when applying for my current internship, where my creative abilities helped set me apart from other candidates.
